RunMacro

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the RunMacro website, RunMacro Studio, QMacro Runner, RunMacro Smart HTML, licenses, downloads, cloud features, and related services. By purchasing, downloading, or using RunMacro, you agree to these Terms.

Effective July 14, 2026 · Version 2.0

1. Eligibility and product

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. RunMacro is not intended for use by anyone under 18.

RunMacro provides Windows automation tools for creating and running workflows across desktop applications, browsers, files, and user-configured integrations. RunMacro does not grant permission to access any account, system, website, data, or device that you are not otherwise authorized to access.

2. License and account responsibility

A RunMacro license is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable product during the purchased period and within the device or seat limits shown before payment. You may not sell, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass licensing controls, or distribute license keys except where mandatory law expressly permits otherwise.

You are responsible for your workflows, input data, accounts, credentials, devices, operators, and the consequences of commands executed through RunMacro. Keep license keys, API keys, tokens, macros, and exported templates secure.

3. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You may use RunMacro only for lawful purposes and only with systems, accounts, content, and data that you own or are authorized to use.

You must not use RunMacro to create or distribute malware; conduct phishing; steal credentials, tokens, personal data, or accounts; send unlawful or unsolicited spam; commit payment, advertising, marketplace, identity, or account fraud; bypass access controls, rate limits, anti-abuse measures, or security protections; gain unauthorized access; disrupt, damage, overload, or impair services; harass, stalk, surveil, or violate privacy; infringe intellectual-property rights; evade platform enforcement; or facilitate any other unlawful activity.

Automation of a third-party service must comply with that service’s terms, technical restrictions, and applicable law. Possession of RunMacro does not authorize scraping, messaging, account creation, purchasing, posting, or other automated activity prohibited by the service owner.

4. Enforcement and lawful requests

We may refuse service, suspend access, revoke a license, limit a feature, or terminate use where we reasonably believe RunMacro is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, to harm others, to threaten service security, or in material breach of these Terms. Where practical and appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

We may preserve or disclose relevant records when required by a valid legal process or where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud or security incidents, or enforce these Terms, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy. We do not provide customer data to third parties merely on informal request.

5. Trials, purchases, and duration

RunMacro may offer a free trial with limits described in the product. Paid licenses are sold for the displayed fixed period, such as one, six, or twelve months. Purchases do not automatically renew unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise before payment.

Prices, currency, included seats, duration, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Payment processing may be provided by Creem or another listed provider under that provider’s terms. You must provide accurate purchase and contact information.

6. Refunds

This voluntary refund policy applies only to a customer’s first completed paid order across all RunMacro products. Eligibility does not restart through a different email address or account, a different product, an upgrade, additional seats, a repurchase, or another payment method where the orders can reasonably be identified as belonging to the same customer.

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after payment by emailing support@runmacro.app with the purchase email and order reference. A refund may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful use, material violation of these Terms, or a prior refund. Approved refunds may require deactivation of the associated license and are returned through the original payment method when supported. This policy does not reduce mandatory consumer refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights.

7. Updates, availability, and beta software

Beta and prerelease software may be incomplete, unstable, changed, or withdrawn. Back up important workflows and test automation before production use. Features, integrations, compatibility, and system requirements may change as the product develops.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every website or application, or that an automation will always produce the intended result. Third-party interface changes can break workflows.

8. AI-assisted features and output

AI-assisted features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unexpected, or non-unique output. You are responsible for reviewing and, where appropriate, independently verifying AI output before using, publishing, sharing, or acting on it, and before allowing it to trigger an automated action.

Do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, employment, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions. You are responsible for ensuring that prompts, inputs, use of outputs, and resulting actions comply with applicable law and do not infringe another person’s rights. Rights in inputs and outputs are subject to applicable law and the relevant AI provider’s terms; RunMacro does not promise that output is unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

9. User content and third-party services

You retain responsibility for content you place in macros, templates, prompts, screenshots, cloud repositories, and integrations. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to process and share that content.

GitHub, AI providers, payment processors, messaging platforms, websites, and other third-party services are independently operated. Their terms and policies apply, and RunMacro is not responsible for their acts, availability, account enforcement, or data practices.

10. Intellectual property

RunMacro, its software, branding, website content, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

Feedback may be used to improve RunMacro without an obligation to compensate you, provided we do not publicly identify you or disclose confidential information without permission.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RunMacro is provided “as is” and “as available.” You are responsible for reviewing workflow steps, using test data, maintaining backups, supervising high-impact automation, and confirming outputs before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator of RunMacro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, loss of profits, data, accounts, access, or business opportunity arising from use or misuse of RunMacro or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Dispute resolution and governing law

Before starting formal proceedings, you and the operator will make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly. A written notice sent to support@runmacro.app should describe the issue, relevant order or license, and requested resolution. The parties will allow 30 calendar days after receipt for direct resolution unless resolved earlier.

This process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent protective relief, meeting a statutory deadline, or using a procedure that cannot lawfully be restricted. If the dispute is not resolved, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law otherwise applicable to that consumer.

13. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms when the product, commercial model, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published here. Material changes may be communicated through the website or application and may require renewed acceptance.

You may stop using RunMacro at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive—such as payment records, intellectual property, responsibility for misuse, disclaimers, and dispute-related provisions—continue after termination.

14. Severability, waiver, assignment, and entire agreement

If any provision is unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be applied to the greatest extent permitted by law and, where necessary, treated as removed. The remaining provisions continue in effect.

A failure or delay by either party in exercising a right does not waive that right. A waiver applies only to the specific matter for which it is given and only when made in writing by the party granting it.

You may not assign these Terms or a RunMacro license without prior written consent, except where applicable law gives you a non-excludable right to do so. The operator may assign these Terms in connection with a transfer of the RunMacro business, relevant product, or assets, provided the successor remains bound by applicable obligations, mandatory rights are not reduced, and notice is provided where required by law.

These Terms, together with product-, license-, order-, or feature-specific terms expressly presented to you, constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of RunMacro and replace prior discussions or representations on that subject. The Privacy Policy is a separate notice describing how personal data is handled and is not incorporated as contractual promises by you. Mandatory rights and obligations remain unaffected.

15. Contact

Questions, legal notices, abuse reports, dispute notices, and refund requests may be sent to support@runmacro.app. Include enough information to identify the relevant product, license, order, or incident, but do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or private API keys.
